It is mainly aimed at the situation that the parties need to take photos and upload information themselves in the current work of quick compensation for minor traffic accidents, and the procedures are relatively cumbersome. In addition, some parties will have concerns when they don’t see the police, and they will not withdraw from the scene.

In response to these problems reflected by the masses, the Ministry of Public Security will pilot the implementation of video speedpost for minor traffic accidents in some large and medium-sized cities by stages. The parties involved in the accident can handle the video alarm through "Traffic Management 12123" or the local express App, or call 110 or 122 to call the police, and then the alarm center will guide them to use the video express.

Compared with the fact that the parties involved in the accident need to wait for the police at the scene or drive to the offline express center for treatment, the video express can complete the treatment of minor accidents in just a few minutes, which reduces the waiting and round-trip time of the masses. At the same time, fast video can also effectively reduce the traffic congestion caused by accidents and the probability of secondary accidents.
