  The meeting stressed that this year is a special year, and agricultural and rural departments at all levels should earnestly strengthen the prevention of agro-meteorological disasters, reduce disaster losses, and strive to win a bumper harvest of grain and agriculture in a well-off year.

  The meeting proposed that we should base ourselves on preventing floods, fighting droughts, seizing major risks and saving major disasters, and pay close attention to the work of agricultural disaster prevention and mitigation.

  The third is to strengthen monitoring and judgment. Strengthen emergency duty, dispatch disasters at the first time, and scientifically analyze and judge the impact of disasters. Do a good job in submitting information, and timely reflect the progress of agricultural disasters and disaster relief work.

  The fourth is to strengthen guidance services. Formulate scientific disaster prevention, mitigation and relief technical scheme.
