Before the signing ceremony, Xu Qin, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Director of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People’s Congress, and Liang Huiling, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Governor met with Zou Lei, Party Secretary and Chairman of China Datang Group, and his party.
