On the afternoon of January 11th, the owner of this blackboard newspaper, 84-year-old Huang Yimeng, was writing at the activity center of the community again. He wanted to convey the spirit of the just-concluded Seventh Plenary Session of the 18th Central Commission for Discipline Inspection to the people of the community.

Old Huang Yimeng insisted on running a blackboard newspaper every two days to convey the voice of the party.

"Every two days, I wrote about 16 articles in the first issue. At that time, many people said, ‘ Who told him to do it? How much is it a month? I don’t know how many days I can do it … … ’ 。” Hearing the discussion, the old man Huang Yimeng answered with practical actions. Since the first issue was published on May 27, 2007, he has run 2128 issues of the blackboard newspaper, which has extended from one community to five communities and increased from one blackboard to 21 blackboards.
