The activity lasted more than two months before. After online voting, judging by the jury, offline selection, on-the-spot investigation and comprehensive consideration of social reputation, the 2023 tourism, famous restaurants and top ten famous restaurants representing Shangqiu’s regional business cards were selected from 198 flavor snacks and 38 local catering enterprises.
On the day of the event, it coincided with the traditional Chinese folk festival "Dragon Looking Up" on February 2, and the "Golden Dragon" cake with a length of several meters was specially prepared at the scene, which made everyone feast their eyes.
