　　On November 22, according to the report of the masses, the reporter came to Jiujiang Changyu Chemical Plant in Jishan Industrial Park. Inside the wall is the sewage treatment tank, and the catalytic oxidation tower is erected not far away. Outside the fence on the south side of the chemical plant, the nozzle of the sewage discharge is hidden in a pool full of weeds. Although the reporter arrived, the enterprise did not discharge sewage, but because there is no drainage facility, once discharged, the sewage can only flow freely.

　　During the investigation in Jishan Industrial Park, the reporter found that a drainage channel with a length of about 2 kilometers and a width of 5 to 10 meters is a spillway in the mountains, and now it has become a sewage channel in the park.

　　The reporter visited along this canal and found four unmarked sewage outlets. The industrial wastewater from many chemical enterprises was directly discharged into the ditch. The industrial wastewater discharged from cement pipes was turbid and yellow, and a layer of white foam floated on the water around the sewage outlets. The silt in the river channel has been dyed deep purple, and a large amount of sewage has been deposited in the channel, constantly emitting a pungent smell.

　　In addition, the local villagers also told reporters that the enterprises in the park not only blatantly discharged sewage into the flood discharge canal, but also smuggled the sewage directly into the Yangtze River by burying underground pipes.

　　In April 2015, a reporter photographed a plastic pipe leading to the Yangtze River during an investigation in Jishan Industrial Park, and the black water like ink was directly discharged into the river. The picture was shocking. After the program was broadcast, the local government investigated and dealt with the enterprises involved and dismissed the person in charge of environmental protection.

　　However, more than a year passed. On the evening of November 20, 2016, the reporter once again came to the place that was exposed a year ago, and passed through the grassy beach.
